At Elisa Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the case, cleaning cloth, and protective packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your eyewear in the original box, ensuring all accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
